Benefits
YOUR VISION IS OUR FOCUS
When visiting a Iso Leso practice, the medical scheme member will
benefit in the following ways:
A comprehensive eye examination and a screening for Glaucoma – which
falls within medical scheme benefits – will be given to everyone
over 40 years of age,
Single vision and bifocal spectacles, which fall within medical
scheme benefits, will be supplied. If you need extra coating or
photochromic lenses, please discuss this with your optometrist.
The practice can claim the cost of the consultation and spectacles
that fall within the benefit directly from the medical aid. You are
only responsible for those extras that fall outside your medical
scheme’s optical benefits and these you need to pay directly to the
practice.
