YOUR VISION IS OUR FOCUS

These are set out in the Articles of Association in a section dealing with special provisions and would allow a person to take up shareholding if he/she complies with certain requirements, such as:

• Registered in terms of the Medical and Dental Supplementary
  
• Health Services Act with the Health Professions Council of South Africa;
  
• Registered as a member of the South African Optometric Association;
  
• Practice as an Optometrist;
  
• Carry the necessary malpractice insurance;
  
• Any other conditions as determined by the board of directors;
