These are set out in the Articles of Association in a section dealing with
special provisions and would allow a person to take up shareholding if he/she
complies with certain requirements, such as:

Registered in terms of the Medical and Dental Supplementary

Health Services Act with the Health Professions Council of South Africa;

Registered as a member of the South African Optometric Association;
-
Practice as an Optometrist;
-
Carry the necessary malpractice insurance;
-
Any other conditions as determined by the board of directors;
