YOUR VISION IS OUR FOCUS

Shares to be issued to practicing optometrists in their personal capacities as representatives of a specific optometry site. Shares are to be held by an optometrist, and not by a company, close corporation, trust or other like entity.

Shares will be issued at a cost of R1500.00 for 10 shares. Payment for the application of shares should accompany your application form.

Optometry groups will have to register each practice site subscribing for 10 shares at R1500 – the initial share price – and payment of a monthly management fee of R200 (plus 14% VAT =R228.00) – the initial management fee.

In order to ensure that control is not exercised by any one individual, shareholding by any individual is limited to 40 shares.
