Subject to relevant optometry Managed Health Programme and Protocols.

Each beneficiary is entitled the following benefit over a 24-month cycle from the last date of service:  

• 1 Eye examination 

                                                                 And

• Single vision, Bifocal or Multifocal lenses
• Spectacle frame or lens enhancements up to scheme benefit limit

                                                                  OR

• Contact lenses up to scheme benefit limit
