Each beneficiary is entitled the following benefit over a 24-month cycle from the last date of service :  

• 1 Eye examination 

                                                                 And

• Single vision, Bifocal or Multifocal lenses
• Spectacle frame and/or lens enhancements up to scheme benefit limit

                                                                  OR

• Contact lenses up to scheme benefit limit

Mediphila : Limited to R850 and 1 Eye examination per beneficiary per two-year period and is included in the Overall Annual Limit.
The benefit excludes Bifocal Lenses, Multifocal Lenses, lens enhancements and contact lenses.

MediCurve: Limited to R850 per beneficiary per two-year period and is included in the Overall Annual Limit. 
The benefit excludes Bifocal Lenses, Multifocal Lenses and Lens enhancements.
